2014 corolla red and blue light stuck even press 10x in the programming button.

hook up all wires according to the diagram but got stuck with thw programming of it . I got stuck on the procedure of press10x , light should be blinking but stayed solid on red and blue .

Your module has never been flash to the latest version. You need to update the module with the Flashlink Updater 2
